Fantastic Friday

I had such a fun Spring Break with the kids! I can't believe it's almost come to an end and Monday back to school. Wow. The girls spent the night with Grandma & Grandpa last night and said they went to the Mall and did some shopping with Grandma & Aunt Karla today and had a blast! The boys played outside mostly and I watched Soaps while Howard finished painting Hayley's room. Now it's on to Madison's. I can't wait until it's all finished and I can go shopping to decorate. :) A little at a time of course.

Spring Break Fun

Monday I took the kids to go play with their cousins and today we went to lunch at Mc Donald's, shopping at Kohl's and ice cream at Braums. So far so fun! :) Wednesday I plan on taking the monkeys to the Dollar Tree and then back home for lunch & dh is off Thursday & Friday and he is going to go buy paint to re-do the girls' rooms. They are so excited! :) I'm not making the wisest choices this week. What happened to all that will power?! All I can say is I will try better tomorrow. Another day another pound lost. :) Fingers crossed.

Weigh In Day

I haven't posted in 3 days! Somebody slap me! I just got busy with family stuff this weekend. Buying comforters for the girls and getting their rooms ready to paint: Family movie night, soccer/baseball practices, etc...& I cheated with some BIG FAT chocolate chip cookies, strawberry cake & eating out at Chick-fi-la so, I was in no hurry to post about that & my weight stayed the same so, I will start fresh starting now.

Splurge Night

I have been good all last week up until tonight. I went to Keno and the hostess made some awesome things to share and my willpower just went right out the window. She made this chocolate chip bread pudding dessert that was to die for! :) Mm! Back on track tomorrow.

Sonic Visit

I went shopping with my friend today and while we were out and about we stopped at Sonic for lunch. I think I did pretty good. I got the grilled chicken wrap with a diet Route 66 strawberry limeade, but what I really wanted was the foot long chili dog with onion rings & coke! :)

I went to buy a couple of Scentsy bars from my friend today. Pumpkin Roll and Gingersnap. Bakery scented candles are my favorite. They smell SO good, but I shouldn't have done it. It makes me think I'm SO hungry! Grumble...Grumble. That's the sound of my tummy tum tum!

New Year's Resolution: A New Beginning

Blah so I fell off the wagon again....

I lost 65 pounds & gained 25 of that back since I've been gone. Taking a break from blogging...Not such a good idea. :( Now I have 55 pounds to lose to hit my goal weight of 150. My New Year's resolution this year is the same as every other year. To lose weight and keep it off and I WILL do it this time. I'm doing the same as I did last time: Cutting out soft drinks, water only until I get going and then I'll splurge here and there, eating 6 small meals a day. :) My weigh ins will be on Mondays.

It's time to dust myself off and get back on the wagon. So here I go!
