Fat Tuesday...The day before Ash Wednesday, the starting of Lent. I had my chance today to live it up & eat heavily before the fasting begins and I didn't take it. I stayed strong. :) Hehe!

Dinner: Rotisserie Chicken, Black Beans & Salad
Snack: 60 Calorie Sugar Free Jello Pudding Cup
