It's Getting A Little Easier

It's getting a little easier with drinking the water. Water makes me want to gag. Not really. I just don't like it much. Also doing well on the portion control so far. I've been eating on smaller plates.

Snack: 1 Cup Suisse Mocha Cafe Coffee Drink

Went To The Movies

I went to the movies again and saw "It's Complicated." Great movie by the way. More temptation as I thought about the big pretzel with cinnamon.

Temptation

I went to the movies today with my friend and I always get a small popcorn with butter and a regular Coke. This time I got the kid meal popcorn without butter and Diet Coke & the candy (little chewy things) like fruit snacks. I was very tempted to pile the butter on but, I resisted. Baby steps. hehe!

Off To A Great Start

I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 239. When I started this blog I weighed 244. It must have been a case of Holiday bloat.

Weight: 239 Pounds

Lunch: Weight Watcher's White Chocolate Cheese Cake Yogurt

Snack: Handful Of Pretzels

Dinner: 2 Taquitos With A Little Rotel Dip & Angel Food Cake With Fruit & Cool Whip Light

Always On A Monday

Am I the only girl who thinks diets can only be started on a Monday?
I always start great and fall off the wagon by Wednesday and then say ah well I will start again on Monday.
i think it is just an excuse to pig out til' Monday and say "I will just have this ONE LAST takeaway/chocolate cake and i will start a fresh week on Monday." It never happens though does it? I go on about 4 diets every month. LOL! You only have to say the word diet and I am hungry and you know what they say- the first three letters of diet are DIE.
So, starting Monday I will change my eating habits and eat 6 small meals a day. This will keep my metabolism going and it will burn fat quicker, exercise and drink loads of water! This is the hardest part for me because I hate to exercise and I am not all that fond of water.
I will weigh myself and post the results once a week on Monday.
