Out With The Old And In With The New
I’m starting this blog and I’ll be writing about my weight loss journey. I'm going to control my portions and exercise more often in order to achieve my goal. I’ve decided to do this because not only will I be able to share with you this life changing experience, but I will also use it as a tool for motivation. I feel that the only way to stay focused is to keep everything written, so I can look back and see the accomplishments I have done, to know exactly how I felt at different times during my weight loss journey.

You Go, Girl! I'm so excited for you! We so need to be each other's weight lose buddies. Our numbers are almost exactly the same....and I want to get back down to 150. :) We can do it!
