Applebees For Lunch

I went out to eat for dinner at Texas Roadhouse and got the Chicken Caesar Salad. It's better than the alternatives. I almost got the Roasted Chicken but, Caesar won the coin toss.

Out To Lunch

I went with my friend to go shopping and we ate lunch at Cheddars. I had the baked potato soup and a salad with fat free ranch. Not too bad...right?! My friend ordered the chips & queso for an appetizer. OMGosh! It took all the strength I had to not reach over and grab a chip or two or three. I swear...I seriously wanted to smack her. LOL!

Long, Boring Day

I had to get Madison to the doctor today because of a possible bladder infection so, I was kind of in a rush this morning and skipped breakfast. Temptation

I went to the movies today with my friend and I always get a small popcorn with butter and a regular Coke. This time I got the kid meal popcorn without butter and Diet Coke & the candy (little chewy things) like fruit snacks. I was very tempted to pile the butter on but, I resisted. Baby steps. hehe!

Always On A Monday

Am I the only girl who thinks diets can only be started on a Monday?
I always start great and fall off the wagon by Wednesday and then say ah well I will start again on Monday.
i think it is just an excuse to pig out til' Monday and say "I will just have this ONE LAST takeaway/chocolate cake and i will start a fresh week on Monday." It never happens though does it? I go on about 4 diets every month. LOL! You only have to say the word diet and I am hungry and you know what they say- the first three letters of diet are DIE.
So, starting Monday I will change my eating habits and eat 6 small meals a day. This will keep my metabolism going and it will burn fat quicker, exercise and drink loads of water! This is the hardest part for me because I hate to exercise and I am not all that fond of water.
I will weigh myself and post the results once a week on Monday.
