Staying On Track

It sure is boring when you can't eat all day long. That's how I got my exercise, walking from the couch to the refrigerator. Well, those days are over!

Breakfast: Nutri-Grain Apple Bar

Snack: Handful Of Baby Goldfish

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchiladas

Snack: Weight Watcher's Almond Toffee Crunch Ice Cream Bar

Dinner: Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, 1 Cinnamon Toast On Wheat Bread

Snack: Apple
