It's getting a little easier with drinking the water. Water makes me want to gag. Not really. I just don't like it much. Also doing well on the portion control so far. I've been eating on smaller plates.
Breakfast: Small Bowl Special K Chocolatey Delight Cereal
Snack: 1 Cup Suisse Mocha Cafe Coffee Drink
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza
Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar
Dinner: Small Bowl Leftover Homemade Vegetable Soup.
Snack: Weight Watcher's White Chocolate Cheesecake Yogurt
