I Guess I Needed Some Protein

I was feeling kind of blah and a little sluggish today. For dinner we grilled homemade hamburgers and after I ate it, I perked right up and had more energy. I must have needed that protein. It sure was good!

Breakfast: Double Fiber English Muffin

Snack: Orange

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich

Snack: Handful Of Honey Roasted Almonds

Dinner: Homemade Grilled Hamburgers

Snack: Banana
