This was the longest, most boring day. It just drug on and on and on. Usually when I'm bored I eat. Today was especially hard because it was the first day of THAT time of the month. Extra hunger pangs. I did not let them get the best of me.
Breakfast: Wheat Double Fiber English Muffin
Snack: Orange
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken
Snack: 3 Fiber Select Crackers
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Turkey & Mashed Potatoes
Snack: Weight Watcher's Toffee Ice Cream Bar
