I lost 1 pound this week. Hey, a loss is a loss. I'll take it. I blame it on that time of the month. hehe!

Weight: 227 Pounds

Breakfast: Raisin Bran Cereal

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Smart Ones Turkey & Mashed Potatoes

Snack: Weight Watcher's Fudge Bar

Dinner: Piece Of Turkey & Sliced Cheese

Snack: Banana
