I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 239. When I started this blog I weighed 244. It must have been a case of Holiday bloat.

Snack: Handful Of Pretzels
Dinner: 2 Taquitos With A Little Rotel Dip & Angel Food Cake With Fruit & Cool Whip Light
Snack: Apple
