Snack: 2 Almond Clusters
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Mealoaf
Snack: 5 Fiber Select Wheat Thin Crackers
Dinner: Barbequed Brisket On A Wheat Bun
Snack: No Sugar Added Fudge Ice Cream Bar
