It's Weigh In Day!

I weighed in this morning at 228 pounds. Yeah! I lost 16 pounds so far!

Breakfast: 1 Whole Grain Double Fiber English Muffin

Snack: 2 Almond Clusters

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Mealoaf

Snack: 5 Fiber Select Wheat Thin Crackers

Dinner: Barbequed Brisket On A Wheat Bun

Snack: No Sugar Added Fudge Ice Cream Bar
