Yahoo!

It's weigh in day! I lost 5 pounds this week! Yay! I'm so proud of me! I went with a Southwest theme with my meals today. hehe! I totally didn't plan that either.


Weight: 234 Pounds

Breakfast: Special K Chocolatey Delight Cereal

Snack: Fiber One Key Lime Pie Yogurt

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Santa Fe Style Rice & Beans

Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar

Dinner: Crock Pot Santa Fe Chicken

Snack: Weight Watcher's Toffee Crunch Ice Cream Bar
