Back In The Saddle

I'm back in the saddle again with the diet. Back on track. Yeah. I feel so sluggish when I just eat & drink crap for more than a day. I had fun on our little mini vacation but, it sure is good to be home.

Breakfast: Orange

Snack: Nutrigrain Apple Bar

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich

Snack: Handful Of Chex Snack Mix

Dinner: 1 Apple Sauce Cup

Snack: Homemade Granola Bar
