Feelin' Good

After cutting out soda and drinking more water, I feel so energized!! I was feeling pretty sluggish and tired. 4 (16 oz.) bottles of water a day does a body good! :)

Breakfast: Chocolate Milk & A Piece Of Toast

Snack: Handful Of Grapes

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken

Snack: Activia Strawberry Banana Drink

Dinner: Sloppy Joe

Snack: Weight Watcher's Toffee Ice Cream Bar
