I did some floor exercises today. 20 crunches, 20 leg lifts & 50 windmills. Eh...It's a start!

Weight: 223 Pounds

4 More Pounds Gone. Yeah!!

Total Weight Loss Thus Far: 21 Pounds!


Breakfast: Special K Blueberry Cereal

Snack: Activia Cherry Yogurt

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken

Snack: 3 Blueberry Rice Cakes

Dinner: Chicken Spaghetti (Leftovers)
