Weigh In Day

I weighed in this morning with a loss. I lost 7 pounds this week! Wahoo! I am now back to where I started before I gained the extra 24 pounds. Only 70 more to go!

Weight: 220 Pounds

Breakfast: Nature Valley Dark Chocolate Bar

Snack: 2 Special K Strawberry Crisps

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken

Snack: 2 Special K Blueberry Crisps

Dinner: Brisket Sandwich On Wheat Bun

Snack: Suisse Mocha Coffee Drink
