I have had way too much popcorn lately. My friend and I have been seeing movies as soon as they come out and I always get the kid meal popcorn. Ug. I'm getting sick of it. For real. Movie & Shopping Day

I went with my friend to Target to buy "It's Complicated" and then we went to the movies to see "The Backup Plan". It was really good! 2 Thumbs Up. After the movie we headed to Kohl's and I ended up getting a new night gown.

It's weigh in day! I lost 1 pound. That brings me to a grand total of 51 pounds lost so far. I hope to hit 190 by next week. Wish me luck!

Tuesday At The Movies

I went to the movies to see "Date Night". It was pretty funny but, it's not one of those I'm going to go rush out and buy when it gets to DVD. At the movies I had the kid meal popcorn with lots of butter, milk duds & diet coke. Not so healthy but, I just had to satisfy that craving.

Down 50 Pounds

As of this morning I am down 50 pounds and it feels good! I haven't been exercising which is a real shocker. I hate exercise! LOL! Cutting out those soft drinks seems to have done the trick and cutting waaay back on the portions. Here is a picture that my daughter Hayley took this morning. Sorry about the poor quality.

Grandpa's Birthday Celebration

Today was Howard's dad's birthday and we went over to Grandma & Grandpa's house to celebrate for dinner. Grandpa turned 75 today! Happy Birthday Grandpa! We had hamburgers and hot dogs, baked beans etc...Oh! There was also birthday cake. An extra chocolatey chocolate birthday cake with chocolate shavings and ice cream. It was after 7:00 when it came to have it so, I passed. It looked so yummy.

Just Boppin' Around

Today I went to Target to look for Hayley, Madison & Jake's b-day gifts and to Michael's for a cake box & card board. That's right folks! I'm making their cake this year. It's so hard not to lick that bowl. Hold me back! I'm going to attempt to make a rainbow (tie dye) cake. We'll see how it goes. When I got home I oiled the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They look so clean and shiny now! I also vacuumed. So, I was just boppin' around trying to get some things done for the party on Sunday. I still need to clean the bathrooms. Always a fun chore. *roll eyes*.

Today I threw a little exercise into the mix and did 100 windmills for the waist (that's the twist part) and 40 leg lifts (that's the shout part). OUCHIE WOUCHIE! Too many. Feel the burn. Haha! If I just keep it up it won't hurt this bad every time. Right?! Please say...right.

It's Monday and the kids are out of school for Teacher In Service day. I had to take Madison to the dentist this morning for a cleaning and my mom & grandmother helped watch my other 3. After that I took them home and fed fed them ravioli's for lunch and I had a ham sandwich. We didn't do anything special today. We just sat around and watched New Moon.

Birthday Party Temptation

I went to 2 birthday parties today. I did really well at the first one and didn't have anything but maybe 3 or 4 slices of cucumber with ranch dressing. I had lunch before I went so, I wouldn't be so hungry. At the second one I had 1 slice of pepperoni pizza & salad with light ranch dressing, 1 small piece of white cake and 1 small scoop of sugar free vanilla ice cream.

Finally

Hip! Hip! Hooray! Today is the last day of my DFW Area Moms "Biggest Loser Competition" and I couldn't be more happy or proud of myself. I started at 244 on here and I think for the competition I started at 132 or something like that, and am now at 199. I *finally* broke out of the 200's. Ta Da! Yay! I went to have lunch with my daughter Hayley today and brought her Sonic. I was good and ate before I headed to the school.

Keno Night

First off, I forgot to post last night...AGAIN. Big surprise, I know. LOL! I hosted Keno last night. It's just like Pokeno except there are more people at this one. I made taco fixins and the same dessert that I had for Pokeno. Cinnamon swirl pound cake, strawberries & cool whip. My friend & I went to Cheddar's for lunch. I need to quit going out to eat. I've been doing it quite a lot lately.

My friend and I hit up every T.J. Maxx today looking for some copper pots she has been wanting and finally found at the last one. Hehe! Yay! After that, we went to have lunch at Chuy's. I had never been there before. It's pretty neat, with the hubcaps hanging from the ceiling. We sat in the Elvis booth, thank ya very much.
