Today I threw a little exercise into the mix and did 100 windmills for the waist (that's the twist part) and 40 leg lifts (that's the shout part). OUCHIE WOUCHIE! Too many. Feel the burn. Haha! If I just keep it up it won't hurt this bad every time. Right?! Please say...right.

Lunch: Campbell's Chicken & Rice Soup
Snack: Handful Of Goldfish Crackers
Dinner: Fat Free Cheese Slice & 4 Town House Crackers
Snack: Apple
