Not So Hot

I didn't do so hot on the ole diet today folks. I went to have lunch at Taco Casa and had the SUPER Nachos. Big mistake, BIG. We'll see how the scale reflects, tomorrow.

Breakfast: Special K Chocolatety Delight Cereal

Snack: 2 Strawberries

Lunch: SUPER Nachos at (Taco Casa)& Unsweetened Tea

Snack: 2 Fig Newtons

Dinner: Spaghetti & Meatsauce

Snack: 2 Fig Newtons
