I went to 2 birthday parties today. I did really well at the first one and didn't have anything but maybe 3 or 4 slices of cucumber with ranch dressing. I had lunch before I went so, I wouldn't be so hungry. At the second one I had 1 slice of pepperoni pizza & salad with light ranch dressing, 1 small piece of white cake and 1 small scoop of sugar free vanilla ice cream.
Breakfast: Special K Chocolatey Delight Cereal
Snack: 1 Can 100 Calorie Fruit Cocktail
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Macaroni & Cheese
Snack: 3 or 4 Slices Cucumber With Ranch Dressing
Dinner: 1 Slice Pepperoni Pizza & Salad With Light Ranch Dressing
Snack: 1 Slice White Cake With 1 Scoop Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream
