Floor Exercises

Today I did a few floor exercises in between cleaning and watching my Soaps. The usual 20 leg lifts, 20 crunches, 20 windmills here and there throughout the day.

Breakfast: 1 Nutrigrain Apple Bar

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Macaroni & Cheese

Snack: 4 Wheat Thins

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken

Snack: 100 Calorie Fruit Cocktail
