Weekend Catch Up

It's been a long, busy, yet fun weekend of out to lunch w/friends, soccer games & birthday parties but now it's time to get back with the program. I kinda cheated with the pizza & b-day cake. Oops! It didn't mess me up on the scale though. Still the same. 176 Pounds.


Sunday

Breakfast: 1 Cup Honey Nut Cheerios

Snack: Special K Fruit Crisps

Lunch: Smart Ones Turkey & Mashed Potatoes

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Homemade Grilled Cheeseburger & A Handful Of Chips

Snack: Handful Of DOTS (Candy)



Saturday

Breakfast: 2 Pieces Of Bacon

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich

Snack: 2 Flat Bread Crackers

Dinner: 3 Slices Cheese Pizza (B-day Party)

Snack: 1 Slice B-day Cake




Friday

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios

Snack: Grapes

Lunch: Whiskey River BBQ Burger (Red Robin) & Fries & Coke W/Refill

Snack: Orange

Dinner: 2 Chicken Nuggets

Snack: Handful Of Popcorn (Shared W/Kids)
