Down 4 Pounds

I'm down 4 pounds this week so far but, it doesn't count yet though. I have to wait for the official results on Monday. It's weigh in day for the Biggest Loser Competition I'm in for my DFW Area Moms group. That makes it a little tricky for this chick to keep up with.

Breakfast: Nature Valley Peanut Butter Bar

Snack: Nature Valley Peanut Butter Bar & 1 Cup Coffee

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Macaroni & Cheese

Snack: Yoplait Raspberry & Chocolate Parfait

Dinner: 4 Fish Sticks

Snack: Apple
