Weigh In Day

It's weigh in day! I lost 2 pounds! I have been consistently losing each week; slowly but surely. I think I am finally in the right mindset to keep going and not stop until I hit my ideal goal weight. I don't know where this motivation is coming from but, I am so happy.

Weight: 212 Pounds

Breakfast: Banana

Snack: 1 Nature Valley Peanut Butter Bar

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken

Snack: 1 Nature Valley Peanut Butter Bar

Dinner: 1 Boiled Hot Dog With Mustard & Sprinkle Of Cheddar Cheese

Snack: 1 Yoplait Lemon Parfait
